Panthera leo (the lion) and Panthera pardus (the leopard) are two of the most well-known big cats. Despite their variation in social schema, they share some conflict tactics. Specifically, this presentation will consider interaction patterns within their species, within their genus, and with other unrelated animals. In addition, variations in skull structure and body type, territory, hunting, and mating habits will be discussed.
