This poster will explain how foreign language is more valuable to students when they study it during early childhood, both in terms of their language development and their overall academic growth. Most young children acquire language skills quickly and easily. Nevertheless, teaching very young students foreign language requires multiple creative approaches. For early childhood students, learning a foreign language early benefits the brain by helping with memory, cognitive skills, and listening skills.  Teaching a child a foreign language early can be done through movement and even music. This helps benefit the child by helping with their memory and  vocabulary.  Bringing music into the classroom is a sign of good teaching. Learning a language in early childhood also helps with social skills and communication, and for all these reasons, foreign language should be included in an early childhood curriculum.
